15-19 days. I can’t believe it! #GoJakeGo!!!
This Thursday Jake takes a field trip home for the first time since February 22, 2016. He’ll be going to see what he’ll need in regards to home equipment, railing, ramps, doorways etc.
Can’t believe it. So freaking PROUD of that guy. Let’s all give Jake a round of applause!!!
